1996 -

• Appeared on ITV's Gladiators. Placed 3rd overall.
• Joined the Royal Air Force & trained as a Physical Training Instructor

2004 - Re-entered the education system as a mature student. Up dated and renewed all training & qualifications.  In doing so added currency, validity & depth of knowledge to my career personal development CPD. 

2006 - Register of Exercise Professionals Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer.

BSc (Hons) Health & Fitness, with first class honours.

Name: Lesley A. Upperton MCSP AACP OCPPP

Lesley qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1979 and has worked in the NHS and Private Practice for over 25 years.

She specialises in manipulation and mobilisation of the spine (neck and low back) and pelvis. Other treatments offered include; acupuncture, exercise, ultrasound and massage.

She lectures in Cornwall on physiotherapy in Women’s Health.

Name: Tracy Bowden - the one with the cap on!!

Tracy is trained to analysis your running gait and help find an appropriate shoe. She also offers advice on apparel and accessories.  She is currently studying to qualify as a nurse, she helps in the strengthening of our team of professionals. Tracy has good knowledge of local races, clubs and P.O.C.
